Yoga Classes

Yoga classes are scheduled

every Tuesday and Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. 

£7 per class 

 

People come to yoga to help

  • Manage stress & anxiety
  • Enhance flexibility, strength and energy
  • Ease disorders such as asthma, back pain, circulatory and digestive problems and hypertension
  • Restore health following illness or injury
  • Support sporting activities
  • reduce dependency on social/medical drugs, food, etc.
  • Prepare for childbirth and post pregnancy

The hallmark of this approach is the realizing of the individual’s needs using body breathe and mind.

Jane Crabtree has been practising yoga since 1980 and teaches Yoga and Complementary Therapies at the Royal National College for the Blind.
