My Story,
Hello, I’m Caroline
I’m a registered Nutritional Therapist with a background in medical research — but more importantly, I’m someone who understands what it feels like to lose trust in your body. For years, I lived with unexplained health issues: joint and muscle pain, disrupted sleep, anxiety, fatigue. I did my best to eat well and look after myself, but something wasn’t adding up.
A turning point came when I began exploring new ways of supporting my body — including a deeper look at gut health, stress, and the science of nourishment. Bit by bit, I felt my health returning. That transformation was so profound, it led me to retrain in nutritional therapy, so I could help others find a path that feels possible — and personal.
My Approach
Rather than follow trends or quick fixes, I help you slow down and listen to your body. My work is rooted in evidence-based nutrition, but shaped around you — your story, your symptoms, and your sense of what’s manageable.
Whether we’re exploring energy levels, weight concerns, anxiety, hormonal shifts or digestive discomfort, I’ll support you to make meaningful changes that feel gentle, sustainable, and empowering.
Who I Work With
I welcome people of all ages and backgrounds, particularly those who’ve “tried everything” and feel disheartened. If you’re looking for clarity, compassion, and support rooted in science — I’d love to meet you.
We begin with a free discovery call, to see if we’re the right fit.
