My Story,
Hello, I’m Charlotte
Integrative Therapeutic Counsellor – BACP Accredited
It’s not always easy to reach out for support — whether this is your first time considering counselling or you’ve been here before, I’m really glad you’re here. I work with adults (18+) offering a safe, non-judgemental space where you can talk, be heard, and start to untangle what’s feeling heavy.
My Approach
I believe that understanding ourselves is the first step towards lasting change. Through gentle, collaborative conversations, I help you explore what’s going on beneath the surface — those thoughts, emotions and patterns that may be causing distress, low self-worth, or a feeling of being stuck.
My style is warm and grounded, shaped by the Person-Centred Approach. This means I offer empathy, respect, and genuine care — holding space for you to move at your own pace, without pressure or expectation. Where helpful, I also integrate elements from CBT and Transactional Analysis to support emotional insight and practical shifts.
Counselling with me isn’t about being “fixed.” It’s about uncovering your own strength, deepening self-awareness, and moving forward with more clarity and confidence.
