My Story,
Hello, I’m Jane
My fascination with the connection between body, mind and spirit began early in life — but it truly came into focus when I encountered Rosen Method Bodywork.
Before that, I worked as a counsellor and coach, with a sense that something essential was missing. We spoke and processed, but the body — where so much of our experience lives — was somehow absent. I searched for years, and almost gave up.
Then, in 2010, I found Rosen — or perhaps it found me. A simple logo, a moment of curiosity… and soon I was on a course experiencing this profoundly gentle method for the first time. That first touch felt like coming home to myself.
My Approach
Rosen Method Bodywork uses light, respectful touch and presence to meet tension in the body — tension that often holds stories, memories, or emotions we haven’t fully had the chance to feel. As these soften, a deeper sense of self can emerge.
I don’t try to “fix” or analyse. Instead, I offer a space of deep listening — to your words, but also to the language of your body. Clients often report feeling more connected, more whole, and more free.
This work changed my life. It continues to ground me, support me, and surprise me. I’m honoured to now offer it to others — as a fully qualified Rosen Practitioner and teacher-in-training.
