The Heart Behind S.E.N.S.E

S.E.N.S.E is a welcoming centre in Tenbury that blends ancient healing practices with modern wellbeing. We host therapies, workshops and events designed to help people pause, heal and reconnect.

Our founder — Diann Dowell, has spent decades serving the community before following her calling to create S.E.N.S.E. As a qualified shamanic facilitator and crystal womb therapist, she now offers a safe, nurturing space where everyone can begin their own healing journey.

"Beautiful healing venue - every room is a little oasis of tranquility, and the whole place has a really lovely look and feel to it. Central to Tenbury but surprisingly quiet inside and with the river Teme running just outside. A wide variety of healing and therapies on offer. I will look forward to visiting again when I'm next in the area :)"
